Saturn Studio operates Morning Duck. This policy describes how information is handled in the Morning Duck mobile app and on this website.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Store links take you to Apple or Google, whose own policies apply there.
What stays on your device
Alarm settings, custom questions, answers, and daily planning entries are stored in the app's local database. Morning Duck does not upload this planning content to a Saturn Studio server. Removing the app deletes this local content, subject to your device backup settings.
Information you provide
Morning Duck does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or contacts. If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include so we can answer your request.
Analytics and advertising
The app includes Google services that may automatically process information when you use Morning Duck:
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics helps us understand app use and improve the experience. It may process app interactions, sessions, app-instance or device identifiers, operating system and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We also send events such as setting an alarm, skipping an alarm, completing questions, or leaving the question flow. Your question and answer text is not included in these events.
Google AdMob
AdMob serves and measures banner and interstitial ads. Depending on your region, platform settings, and consent choices, it may process advertising or device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and related data to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

Why information is used
Information processed through Firebase Analytics and AdMob is used for analytics, app improvement, advertising and ad measurement, security, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your planning content.
Retention and deletion
Local planning content remains until you remove it or uninstall Morning Duck. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer and document the request. Google retains information processed by Firebase Analytics and AdMob according to its controls and retention policies. You can contact us for help with a privacy or deletion request.
Your privacy choices
You can manage advertising personalization and identifiers in your iOS or Android privacy settings. Controls presented by Google or your operating system may also vary by region. You can delete local planning content by uninstalling the app, and you may contact us about information you previously sent to support.
Security and international processing
Google SDK traffic uses encryption in transit. Information handled by Google may be processed in countries other than your own. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children's privacy
Morning Duck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
