Morning Duck

My alarm did not ring

  1. Open Morning Duck and confirm the alarm switch is on and the time is correct.
  2. On iPhone, confirm alarm permission is allowed for Morning Duck in Settings. The app requires iOS 26 or later.
  3. On Android, allow Alarms & reminders and notifications, and remove battery restrictions for Morning Duck if your device manufacturer applies them.
  4. Toggle the alarm off and on once, then restart the device if the issue continues.

The alarm rang, but planning did not open

On iPhone, tap “Open & Plan” on the system alarm. On Android, tap the full-screen alarm or its notification. If the app opens to Home, keep the exact alarm time and a short description for your support email.

Device requirements

The iPhone version supports iOS 26 or later because it relies on Apple AlarmKit. The Android version uses Android's native alarm scheduling. Keep the operating system and Morning Duck updated for the most reliable behavior.

Customize morning questions

From Home, open question settings. You can add a question, change its order, turn it on or off, or delete a custom question.

Delete planning data

Your alarms, questions, answers, and history are stored in the app on your device. Uninstalling Morning Duck removes that local app data, subject to device backups. For analytics, advertising, or support-email questions, see the Privacy Policy or contact us.
